ResourcefulSupply approached FME to deploy their plan of launching an e-commerce website based on the Shopify platform. While Shopify may be the best solution for many stores and brands, FME used its extensive resources and experience in e-commerce solutions to present an alternative plan to fully meet all of ResourcefulSupplys needs. Customized Solutions for Nearly Every (and any) Retail Need

To streamline processes and incorporate the e-commerce presence into their current operations, FME added API integration with ResourcefulSupplys current ERP system, shipping and logistics companies, and third party vendors.

FME is currently working on systems automation for routing of site orders via ResourcefulSupplys existing fulfillment systems, greatly reducing their human labor costs

Marketing Mastery

The design and build of ResourcefulSupplys website took FME approximately 90 days, after which PPC marketing was immediately launched. Through careful planning and strategic implementation, the marketing efforts were immediately successful, producing a 5.6 ROAS - a prosperous start, especially considering the breakeven point of 5.0. FME continues to optimize these marketing campaigns to maintain the ROAS but increase the conversion rate. FME is currently testing margin configurations in a scientific way to determine which margin will have the best outcome for net profit to the client.
