FME identified the challenges Flipside Wallets faced with developing their product’s brand on Amazon—despite being brand owners, they lacked the brand registry necessary to secure their identity. Additionally, their catalog suffered from organizational flaws and inconsistencies. By isolating these weaknesses within their catalog and seller account, FME was able to craft a comprehensive, multi-phase plan to not only hone and secure their brand identity within the Amazon marketplace but dramatically improve their performance.
Intending to boost performance while optimizing content concurrently, FME established a phased timeline approach. Due to the extent of challenges identified within the initial analysis, this structured plan split work into "remedial" and "developmental" phases. Along with establishing Brand Registry, initial priorities focused on catalog reorganization (deletions and variations) and content optimization (images, product listing, and A+ content), followed by building and maintaining PPC ad campaigns.
This approach made sure to create a crushproof plan that would best position Flipside Wallets to yield consistent, high traffic results that grew over time.
