The affiliation with former MLB players and current athletic endorsements of the Velopro products provided an exciting opportunity for FME. However, even the most amazing products that can essentially sell themselves are neither provided nor guaranteed any traffic or advertising success on Amazon. That’s where FME comes in.

Products sold on Amazon are nearly impossible to locate in search results without strong listing foundations built for the best performance within Amazon’s sales and search algorithms. To place Velopro’s top quality, high performance product in front of its target audience, strategic implementation of deeply relevant and high traffic keywords into product listings was required.

FME conducted extensive research and data collection on how to present and optimize the product listings for success in the crowded fitness training selling space on Amazon. This ensured that the Velopro product line was precisely placed on Amazon and optimally presented to potential customers with the goal of strong brand representation in search results and a healthy level of listing conversions relative to page visitors. In data terms, the product listings have seen an average 10.16% conversion rate, which is an outstanding feat on Amazon, even more so for the first few months of sales.

The Pitch

After building this foundation, FME then implemented strategically structured and highly targeted PPC campaigns to bring this amazing product to the most relevant customers. Considering the constant changes to Amazon marketplace offerings and competition, PPC campaigns require regular optimization to become and remain effective. This process works toward a goal of reducing overall spend while increasing sales - AKA, producing a lower ACoS (advertising cost of sale).

FME’s work on building and optimizing PPC campaigns has resulted in a consistently low ACoS (16%), ensuring that Velopro is continually profiting from their advertising investments. It has also assured that brand placement is controlled amongst fierce competition and new product offerings on Amazon.
